What is the assessment process for businesses?

Η αξιολόγηση της συμμόρφωσης ως προς τις απαιτήσεις της Υπουργικής Απόφασης γίνεται κατόπιν επίσκεψης αξιολόγησης από αξιολόγηση από αρμόδιο φορέα αξιολόγησης/πιστοποίησης σύμφωνα με το ισχύον ελληνικό πλαίσιο στον τομέα των medical devices.

The assessment process includes checking the Business's compliance with the legal requirements of the Ministerial Decision.

Μετά από επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση της αξιολόγησης εκδίδεται η προβλεπόμενη Certificate of Compliance από τον αρμόδιο φορέα.

What are the benefits?

The most important benefit is compliance with the requirements of the legislation regarding the obligation of all Businesses distributing medical devices to hold a Certificate of Compliance for for the distribution of their products.
