Every provider is different. At Novitas Cert, in our ISO Quality Services, our certificates are valid for 3 years and are subject to annual recertification audits to ensure you remain compliant. In addition, we provide annual support visits to give you extra help with any problems you may be facing. Failure to recertify is therefore rare.
We believe it takes about three years for a management system to fully mature, and by that point, over 90% of clients recognize the value their management system provides.
